Copenhagen Climate Week (“CPHCW”, “we”, “us”) is operated by impactECI ApS (CVR 44709619), Bredgade 20A, 2. tv, 1260 København K, Denmark, the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach our data contact at hello@copenhagenclimateweek.org.
What we collect
When you register interest, submit an event, or sign up for updates, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message.
We also collect limited, aggregate usage data through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type) via cookies, with IP addresses anonymised. We do not use advertising trackers or any analytics that profile you individually. See our Cookie Policy for the cookies involved and how to opt out.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, coordinate the programme, send you the updates you asked for, operate the event, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We process this data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running CPHCW.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements: our form and email tools, and Google for website analytics. We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with the Climate Week Network / Climatebase where necessary to operate the chapter.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@copenhagenclimateweek.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

We may update this notice as the programme develops. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
